RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are FINAL and cannot be returned or refunded and for all markdown items.

For hygiene and safety reasons all underwears cannot be refunded or exchanged. Details for exchange requests are to be directed to customerservice@roomservice888.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

The items can strictly be exchanged once and depend on stock availability. The items must be intact with original label attached, original packing, and original invoice.

We deserve the right to refuse your request if the product has been scratched, stained or corroded by make-up or perfumes. Customers are responsible for all exchange return shipping costs. RoomSERVICE deserves the right to refuse exchange requests.

Please do not ship any product back to us before pre-approval via email.

RoomSERVICE will not be responsible of any goods returned.

Should the Customer′s Courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the Customer′s responsibility to claim compensation from their chosen Courier.

RoomSERVICE is not liable for any lost returns and cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delay.

FAULTY RETURNS
